This is one of the most popular dish in my country. I think we eat it most of time and with everything you can imagine. It is really wonderfull.

1 Step: How to prepare the dough.
To one cup of pan add approx. 1/2 tsps. salt. Slowly add 1 1/2 cups of lukewarm water and knead until the smooth. Let stand for 5 min.

2 Step: Corn Cakes:
Prepare the corn dough as above, hand mold cakes to 2 1/2 diam. by 1 thick place on slightly greased hot plate or skillet. Allow a hard crust to form on both sides then place in pre-heated oven at 350 F. until done (10-15 min).
