I choose this food; because is traditional food in Spain;is a delicious and a lot of people drink that;but only during the summer.I know cook this food;because my mother cooked for us;and she taught and now I do it.

Ingredients

Directions

First; put the bread in water and until it is soft;Then you put all the ingredients together(without eggs and ham);in a food mixer for 10 mins; when they have been mixed;and When it is juice it is ready.Put the eggs in boiled until it is ready;cut the eggs and ham in small pieces.Put everything together in a bowl and put in the fridge; When it is cold is ready.

Why did we choose this one?Rice soup is very fanous in Taiwan. Everyone eats this in the morning for breakfast. It's easy to cook and very healthy for us.If you eat iy every morning you will work a lot!!!

Ingredients for pot stickers

Directions

1. First wash the rice.
2. Put rice into a pan with 8 cups of cold water and boil.
3. Wait for 30 minuts,until the rice is soft.
4. Put pork into the pan and cook for 5 minuts.
5. Then add pepper and salt.
6. Put corn,ham and peas into the pan then mix it and cook for 1-3 minutes
7. After put eggs into the pan and mix it,too.
8. Finally, tuck in!

WE HAVE TO CUT THE LAMB (HOW YOU PREFER) AND PUT IN THESAUCEPAN WITH VINEGAR,ONION,PEPPER AND SALT JUST TO SOAK. AFTER TWO HOURS PUT ON THE SPIT AND WE HAVE TO COOK ON THE GRILL OVER CHARCOAL FOR 10-15 MINUTES TO TASTE-RARE TO WELL DONE.

Columbian Tamales

I wait every year for Christmas time and for my grandfathers Tamales. Tamal is us very special food for Christmas and my whole family eat this after midnight.And usually it's for breakfast as well. In Colombia where I come from you can find different kind of Tamales and not only at Christmas time, althoug it's a typical Christmas meal.

First you have to make a dough with the corn flour, a cup of water and how much salt you want. Then you must slice the meats and season them. Then chop the vegetables and put them together with the meats. Tradicionally it is cooked on an open fire but it can be simmered on a cooker for about 7 or 8 hours.After that you put some dough on the banana leaf and also you have to put the meat and vegetable in the center of banana leaf. Then you have to cook again for 2 hours more. This meal is typical of Colombia at Christmas time and one Tamal is enough for one person.

JAPANESE TEMPULA (Deep fried food)

This is a typical and famous JAPANESE food.Mostly we use seafood and vegetables and we usually dip them in special soy sause with grated radish.They sould be eaten hot.A long time ago .I thought that TEMPULA was from JAPAN.Then I heard from one of my friends that TEMPULA was from Portugal they call it Tenpelon.But I think TEMPULA is JAPANESE. Please try it!!

Directions:

Mix the flour, egg and water to make a batter.Cut the vegetables and fish to easy to eat size.Cover the food with the batter.Deep fried the food in salad or sesame oil about 160~180 degrees.
