1. Sit on a chair or stand
2 . With legs slightly apart, hang your head near to your knee.
3. Breathe a little slower than usual at first, then as usual if desire.
4. After the hiccup disappears still wait approx. 1 min after to be sure. I do not worry about hiccups for about 15 years now. Quick results in about 2-3 min.
