Instructions: This is a remedy from when I was a child. When you lay down
at night it is worse for coughing. Just melt a teaspoon of margarine and
swallow it. It helps to soothe the throat for a better nights sleep.

Ingredients: garlic
honey

eat a clove of garlic at the first sign on a cold
2. get some green tea and put some honey and lemon/lime juice in it
3. gargal with warm salt water
4. drink lots of fresh squeezed orange juice and grapefuit juice.
this works for me. i haven't had a cold in over 3 years.
doing this kills the cold at the first sign. IT WORKS!
Ingredients:
A can of gingerale and 1 teaspoon of sugar
Directions:
First, boil the can of gingerale, then while it's boiling, add a teaspoon of white sugar to it. Pour the mixture in a cup, and drink it as hot as you can stand it. Go to bed immediately afterwards, and you will wake in the morning feeling good as new!
